ADLA was invited to prepare the landscape design for a set of three townhouses to be refurbished to luxury homes.

An incredible renovation design by Carter Williamson Architects and executed by SFN Build resulted in high quality abodes with glamorous interiors and beautiful detailing.

The original housing was military quarters and was dated and unremarkable.

The properties were refurbished with flare to create light-filled luxury residences, complete with plunge pools and introduce indoor-outdoor flow.

The landscapes were created to reflect the high-end product desired by the developer. Of importance was the addition of more glazing offering views into the gardens. The landscape design aimed to ensure all views to the outdoors were of a soft, lush and private garden.
